Warranty Information
Eldon warrants to the original purchaser that this chairmat is free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product and against cracking, chipping, breaking or shattering under normal use. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, including but not specifically limited to marring, and is void if: (1) Metal carpet casters are used. (2) Chairmat is used in an application not recommended for the particular model by Eldon. (3) Chairmat is not used in accordance with the Use and Care Instructions. (4) Objects are placed on chairmat, or chairmat is cut or altered in any way by any company or individual other than Eldon, or its designated agent.
This warranty excludes any liability other than expressly stated, including but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages and damages resulting from misuse or misapplication of our chairmat. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
To apply for replacement, fill out a Warranty Claim Form complete with dated sales slip or purchase order, a statement describing the chairmat defect, product number, productions number (serial number) and your complete name, address, telephone or fax number.
A $20.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged for all replacements. Please provide a Visa or MasterCard number along with the expiration date.

Please note - For sizes and/or shape configurations that are no longer available, a chairmat as close to the original type purchased will be provided.

Use and Care of Your Chairmat

If chairmat becomes soiled, wipe clean with a damp cloth soaked in mild soap and water.

If you receive a chairmat that is rolled, unroll immediately al place on a flat surface for 24 to 48 hours prior to use to allow to assume its natural shape.

Do not use mat in an area subjected to temperature extreme less than 60 degrees Fahrenheit (16 degrees Celsius).

Do not use a cleated mat in hardfloor application. Cleated are intended for use only in carpeted areas.

Handle cleated mats carefully.
